What is the healing process?

Immediately following the rejuvenation of the labia you may feel the heat, much like after sunbathing. For a week, your skin will be like “tanned”. This is a normal process, which indicates that the skin is healing and changing across all of its thickness. After the procedure, a small swelling occurs, but it usually resolves spontaneously within a couple of days.

The new epidermis – new surface skin – is formed after 24 hours. Deep skin changes will occur within a few months (up to 8 months).
