What does tightening and rejuvenating the vagina and perineum mean?

The perineum is the part of the surface of the human body between the anus and the external reproductive organs.

A woman’s perineum lies between the labia majora and the anus. It is a body covered in skin and made of muscle and fascia tissue, with a length of about 3-4 cm.
